Based on medieval religious maps of the world, Yael Bartana conceived this work as a complement to her film Inferno (2013). In it, she envisions an imaginary apocalyptic scenario set at the actual Temple of Solomon in São Paulo. The Temple of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God is an oversized replica of the destroyed Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem. Bartana added new elements and messianic stories to the map, creating a kind of chronicle.
