Held every year since 2009, the IHME Contemporary Art Festival invites an artist to produce a newly commissioned artwork for the public realm. As the artist invited for 2014, Yael Bartana collaborated with the IHME team to create the film 'True Finn', which examines Finnish national identity and the way that national identity serves as a means of inclusion and exclusion.
Edited by Kati Pelkonen, Paula Toppila, and Katja Koskela. Conversation on the IHME Project 2014 'True Finn' with Yael Bartana and Maria Lind.
