Thus, in one way or another, propellers are always about power. 'Nacht. Schlaf. Die Sterne' is also about power. More precisely: about the relationship between power and force. 'Nacht. Schlaf. Die Sterne' displays at once a lullaby, a lament and a séance. The three forms intertwine on three levels: Sculpture, video and sound. The rotating eternal return of violence, extinction, destruction is caught up in the driving noise and projections of blowing hair. The installation thus allows force and power to co-exist in their simultaneity.
